Buyer reviewChelsea helped us sell our house in WV while buying our new home in MD - she made the incredibly stressful experience a wonderful one. Having to only work with one agent for both of these transactions, across different states, made the process so much easier! Chelsea excels in the areas of communication and availability which helped us, as first time home sellers, feel a lot more at ease when we had what felt like a million questions. She is incredibly knowledgeable of all things MD and WV and was able to answer every one of those million questions quickly and with the needed details. She was also able to help us resolve every issue that came up from our buyer incredibly quickly and with grace - that skill alone was amazing to have on our side. Anything we forgot or overlooked, she was on top of it. I clearly can't say enough wonderful things about our experience working with Chelsea but I'm out of characters for this review; If you ever need a realtor, she's the one.

Buyer reviewChelsea was so wonderful and was excellent with communication! We had difficulties with the listing agent/seller, but she was so patient with us and did amazing work when it came to keeping us informed. We greatly appreciate the attention to detail in any addendum and was quick to get us the paperwork. If I had a question, she would find out an answer within the day. Just an amazing person and I would highly recommend her!!
