Buyer reviewI can't recommend Chelsi Brashears enough-10/10! This was the third house we bought during my husband's military career, and while we've had good realtors before, Chelsi truly went above and beyond. We tweaked our requirements multiple times while trying to figure out what would work for us, and she was incredibly patient, understanding, flexible, and enthusiastic the whole time. She quickly showed us homes that fit our changing needs and helped us figure out what we really wanted when we struggled to articulateit. Since we were buying from Hawaii, she set up FaceTime walkthroughs despite the time difference. She also helped us find trustworthy inspectors and service providers. Even after closing, she checked in to make sure we were happy. We had a few bumps (none her fault), but Chelsi made the whole process way less stressful. We're so grateful for all her hard work and look forward to our new house!
