Buyer reviewWe searched for a home in the Folsom area for 3 years and Cherie Elliott was there by our side the whole time. She never gave up on us, was always always patient with us (we were super picky), and totally knew what we were looking for. When we were ready to settle for a home that wasn't quite right, Cherie encouraged us to wait for a home that gave us a 'tingle'. Wise wise words. And then BOOM! There was THE house. But it was a very hot market. Cherie to the rescue! She structured our offer so cleanly and attractively that our offer was accepted. That is what experience and tenacity in the Real Estate world gets you. That is Cherie Elliott through and through -- experienced, professional, and she just knows her stuff. She rocks!

Over the years I've seen Cheri's For Sale signs and talked to others about her professional ability as a realtor in our specific area. I also liked all the projects she did on her street decorating and participating in holiday activities. It was an easy choice for me to pick Cheri as my agent. She made me, as her client, feel that she was available and working for me from the start of the process to the end, no matter what time of the day it was. Her organization, knowledge, and communication skills were exceptional. Cheri works really hard and seems to love the work she does. I would hire her again without hesitation and rest well knowing that this honest hard working realtor would guide me every step of the way. She's great!

I wish there were an option to rate better than excellent because Cheri is definitely that. Everything went so smoothly in the sale of my mom's home, I was fully aware of everything that was happening, and could not have asked for an easier transaction.
