Seller reviewCheryl Barbagallo was a solid rock during the short sale process. She meet with me and gave me a very detailed description as what I should expect. I work full time and am a single mother and this information was very valuable and helped me to prepare for the months that would follow. The overall process was very hard and stressful (getting the bank to cooperate and agree to the short sale) . I truly could not have completed the sale without her encouragement and support. I would have given up. She always got back to me in a timely fashion & if had any questions she could not answer she referred me to someone who could help (Real estate attorney). Selling a home can be diffiult, espically when there is family matters and finacal burned involved, such as divorce. I recommend Cherly Barbagallo anytime, but also is times off difficulty. I am extremely grateful for her kindness and professionalism when dealing with both myself and my ex-husband.
