She is quick to respond to any inquiries and keeps you updated in all aspects of the process. I highly recommend Cheryl if you want a professional, knowledgeable, and experienced realtor. She makes your wishes a priority and works hard to make you happy in an otherwise stressful situation. Top notch!! Cheryl made the selling of my home a smooth and orderly process. She went above and beyond with regards to my satisfaction. Cheryl has just the right blend of knowledge and communication, while being understanding, patient and helpful during the whole process. Always answers my questions and does not just tell you what you want to hear but rather the truth which in these markets is a must!
