Chip was outstanding in walking us through the process of the sale of our home. We had used his services when purchasing the home 15 years prior and when it came time to sell, Chip was our only consideration for a realtor. Once again, he did a great job for us.
We had a contract on the property within a week and although there was a delay in closing due to a loan processing issue on the sellers part, once the final loan approval was obtained, although the closing had to take place long distance, Chip made sure that all went smoothly and kept us informed as to the progress of the process.
