Buyer reviewChris went above and beyond time and time again during the purchase of this home. The sellers were extremely unreasonable during the process and the agent on the other side is notoriously difficult to deal with. But Chris handled the entire process extremely professionally throughout the entire transaction. There is no doubt in my mind that the deal would not have come together without Chris. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Seller reviewI've worked with Chris before, to sell some hard to value and unique real estate lots. And we was able to get thise lots sold, so I trusted that Chris would be able to get this Ankeny lot sold as well. This lot was considered an "unbuildable lot" within an HOA. So it was very tough to value, and took much longer to sell, since the end buyer would have to undertake additional work with the local government and HOA, to make it "buildable". So the buyer pool was much smaller than normal due to these constraints. But with all these hurdles, Chris was still able to get the lot sold in a timely manner. Chris is a great guy, and knows a lot about real estate, and the current conditions of the local real estate market. Great experience. And received a much better price for my property, then I was expecting, through the hard work and local market knowledge of Chris.
