Buyer reviewWas able to work though a minor setback and close on time. Give Chris a promotion if that's a possibility. I will use Chris again when buying or selling my next home. Chris is a childhood friend, a man of high character, and didn't pressure me into anything.

Buyer reviewAfter finding a number of properties i was interested in, i contacted each agent directly. Chris responded promptly and with additional information of interest. His follow up and professionalism made the decision to work with him an easy one. Chris was extremely accommodating and always made it happen when i wanted to see a property. When the numbers started going back and fourth, he was able to give me his professional opinion in addition to enough information to make an educated decision. My own mother owns a real estate office in a neighboring state, the fact that i opted to work with a different agency should speak volumes about his professionalism and market/area knowledge.
