I grew up in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of northeast Pennsylvania in a family that was very business minded and entrepreneurial. My family operated numerous business establishments throughout my childhood ranging from hospitality to real estate investments. We eventually moved to sunny Florida to escape the cold and expand. I accepted a larger role in the family business and learned first hand how to buy, sell and operate a successful business and what "customer service" truly means. A broker who listed one of their businesses inspired me to look into real estate and expand my horizons. I have always had a love for architecture and enjoy helping people so it seemed like a natural fit. My passion for real estate coupled with strengths in sales management and consumer relations has catapulted me to new levels in an amazing career.

Buyer reviewI have purchased and sold half a dozen properties over the years, and Chris has been the best real estate associate that I have worked with in all of those transactions. His knowledge, follow through, and communication throughout the process set a new standard for my expectations. You learn a lot about people when there is a little adversity. This transaction didn't go completely smoothly because of some peculiar circumstances that had nothing to do with Chris. However, when there were bumps in the road, Chris rolled over them and if there were hurdles, he jumped. I don't think we would have made our deadline for obtaining financing if Chris had not been dogged in his approach to getting information from the Homeowner's Association for us to provide to the bank. This is my first experience with CENTURY 21 Beggins and I rated them as "excellent" based upon the person who is representing them. In this case, Chris Reade was the face of the company, and they couldn't ask for better representation.

Chris was able to answer all of our questions and address all of our concerns in regards to the entire process including the mortgage, sales negotiations, inspections, contracts, homeowner's insurance, and much more. We are so appreciate of his support and expertise throughout this process because he made it less stressful and more enjoyable. He was always quickly available to talk or text, he made signing documents very easy via email, basically everything was done with ease to help alleviate any stress that comes with buying and selling. His personality and professionalism is definitely top notch! Not to mention the best part, he had our home under contract within 24 hours!
