She is kind, attentive, and truly cares about her clients. She was able to steer us towards our perfect dream home, while also keeping all our desires in perspective. At our home inspection, she examined the house as if it was her own purchase, noting every small detail that needed to be dealt with before closing, and made sure to follow-up on those details to make sure they were completed. She was so informative and responsive no matter if it was before/after hours or not and I feel like she genuinely had my best interests in mind. This was my first house and she thoroughly explained the process as it was happening and set realistic (not sugar coated or delulu) expectations for the next steps. She even arranged a special trip back to the house before closing for my daughter could see our new home which meant SO much. 10/10, would absolutely use Christa again for any buying/selling I might have in the future ?
