Christi sold a rehab house for us last fall, so I contacted her after my brothers death to see about selling his home. Neither property was worth very much money, but she treated us as if they were million dollar commissions. Christi has great personality and drive. Both homes sold in record time.June 2020

I would recommend Christi kroft because of how helpful she was, such as when our tire blew out on the way to the closing for our home she came to our rescue and picked us up and brought us back and stayed until we had a new tire. Todd Miller was well prepared with the showing of the houses by providing advance information on each house that we looked at so there would be a level of expectation prior to the showings. This was critical for us since we were from out of state and had only a window of opportunity to view the homes on a certain weekend. By the time we were finished with the showings, we had enough confidence to make a solid offer on the house that attracted us the most. Once the offer was made, we were presented with a counteroffer which seemed to exclude items that were part of the real estate listing sheet. Todd was able to convince the seller's agent that such items should be includible instead of excluded from the purchase. Following purchase offer agreement, Todd capably steered us through the various obstacles that laid in our paths through the date of closing on the residence. Now that we have moved into the new residence, we are thanking our lucky stars for having a trusted real estate agent that made the whole home buying experience quite enjoyable.

Christi did a great job finding homes for us to view that fit our needs, and she also helped weed out the homes that she didn't think would be a good fit. Jason was very approachable and very helpful in the house buying process. If I had any questions, I knew I could easily text him and ask even if it was 11 at night. He was always professional and I could trust him with anything.
Since we couldn't offer any earnest money at the time the offer was put in for the house, Jason suggested that we give the seller five days after closing to give up the house to sweeten the deal a little. He knew what he was doing so I didn't need to worry too much about that.
