We had limited time to look at property in person in Myrtle Beach and he was quickly able to narrow down ones for us and accommodating to show us MANY properties in just a couple of days. He was organized and patient with us, our many questions, our requirements and even our pickiness! We left the area without finding the one for us BUT he continued to search and communicate with us pretty much daily. He found us properties after we returned to CT that he knew we would be interested in. He did multiple virtual tours with us and quickly found us a beach condo that met our needs and wants. He was professional in negotiated on our behalf and quickly was able to close our deal. Even after the close he has been in contact, responsive to us and we will happily refer him to friends and family and also plan to use him again for future real estate purchases in the MB area.
