Seller reviewChristine is great to work with- she was our realtor for our first time home buying and we were excited to work with her again on our forever home. She is very organized, communicative and transparent throughout the process. She provides reference materials including handy information like net sheets to better estimate your total costs for closing. We have now worked with her as both the list agent and the selling agent on the buyer side of a transaction. We felt her guidance made us confident in our choices and considerations on each side. She is an expert negotiator and understands the various elements of an offer to purchase that influence the attractiveness as well as the competitiveness of an offer being written or considered for your acceptance. Christine was very communicative with us and other agents ensuring we all "did our homework" and kept closings on track and offer contingencies met by deadlines. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.
