Buyer reviewChris made our first home purchase easy and manageable and took a lot of the weight off of our shoulders. He knew a lot about home features and amenities and was able to put a lot of our fears to rest when they came up from his experiences as a homeowner and realtor. He had a lot of knowledge and was very comfortable to work with as someone who didn't know much about homes or the buying process. When it came time for the offer, he talked through the different options and what they would mean and how to make our offer more competitive. He answered all of our questions and was able to provide a comprehensive plan to help us get the house sold quickly and above asking price.
