Chris Coponen provided top-notch service, and we sold the house in only a month, with "lookers" at our property almost immediately after listing! Prompt, courteous, helpful and knowelagable, he is the type of efficient real estate agent one hopes to encounter but often does not. Everything went relatively flawlessly, and I would absolutely use him again if the need arose. Highly recommended!

Chris had at least 10 appointments with my wife and I. He split the commission with a listing agent from another company. His commission was small, but he was helpful, positive, and optimistic.
