Seller reviewWe were very happy to have Chris as our agent. He listened to what we saying regarding our requirements to both sell and buy a house. He went above and beyond to find us the right property to fit those requirements. He was both professional and friendly. He made the whole process a much more enjoyable one. Buyer reviewChris was great to deal with and responsive. This transaction was a foreclosure with extremely difficult sellers and seller's agent. The seller was an entity requiring a bid process with an "AS IS" clause in their contract and very little communication and coordination with their Attorney through the "ATTORNEY REVIEW PROCESS". Multiple times the seller's agent made it difficult because she acted as the seller's representative and seller's attorney as well. The entire foreclosure process with this "OUT OF STATE" seller was extremely stressful. For example the seller's attorney ultimately gave correspondence that we are officially out of attorney review the day before closing. The seller also sent a "Kill Letter" to cancel the transaction leaving me as the buyer to threaten a law suit to force them to specifically performance. I am only giving these details to identify the complexity of this transaction and difficult process by the "OUT OF STATE" seller. my Agent, Chris Quinn, was calm and supportive to assist in guiding me through this process especially since this house was for my daughter. I found him knowledgeable and would recommend him to anyone looking for a sincere, honest and helpful agent. I consider him my friend
