Chris was great at calming my nerves during a critical time of my house hunting as the week of closing I was going to homeless! I had verbal assurance from Property Management group that I would have the rental property needed by mid-may. However the current tenants refused to move out. Leaving me with 2 dogs on the streets. Chris stayed on the phone 24/7 almost. He had the presence of mind to contact the Property manager he explained my situation and ask if there was any available that was not showing on their website. They did have one that had all my needs but a garage. Through some miracle the person who. Pshad the house under contract was not ready to move and they were able to secure it for me. Chris did this for me a basic stranger...Praise the Lord. Ps he also helped move boxes that were not picked up by my movers.
