Working out of the Century 21 Redwood Realty Arlington office, Cindee has expanded her ability to help homebuyers in Virginia and the District of Columbia. She has earned the designation of Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) , which has given her a broader in-depth knowledge of real estate, law, technology, and procedures. Cindee is also certified as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) , serving the ones who serve us gives her a great sense of wellbeing, especially coming from a military family, as well as her husband who served in Desert Storm.Prior to Cindee's career change, she was a high school chemistry teacher with Fairfax County Public Schools at Langley HS for 10 years. Buyer reviewAs a first-time homebuyer in July/August 2023, I was lucky to find Cindee Lopresti! Cindee only showed me houses that fit my list of requirements and was able to explain different patterns and trends with the properties in the desired location. My homebuying experience went very smoothly, mostly due to Cindee's network and previous relationships with most of the other parties. If you're looking for someone specific (tree guy, countertops, handyman), Cindee probably knows someone that can help! While negotiating with the different seller's agents, Cindee presented me with all of the information, but was able to advise as to what was reasonable and what was ridiculous/out-of-bounds, which I found particularly refreshing. The friends and family that I've discussed my experience with have confirmed that it went as well as it could have and have written down Cindee's contact info for their future real estate needs!
