Seller reviewWhen you have done business with the best, you have to return to the best. Cindy Berg and Century 21 Discovery are the platinum standard in the Real Estate world. In the uncertain times of COVID-19 Cindy and her team Took on extreme challenges in a constantly changing environment to meet all the new legal and safety requirements to represent the property and get the escrow closed. Nothing was left unrecognized or to chance in the whole process. We all were safe and secure from the day the property went on the market to close of escrow. No one could have done it better. We are grateful to Cindy for setting the standard of how real estate representation should be done.

Seller reviewCindy represented us in our Primary property purchase 22 years ago. She has kept in touch with us, supported Veteran causes we lead, and visibility participates in community events (drives Veterans in Placentia's Heritage Parade, as an example). Both my wife and her fully trust her instincts and I appreciate how she is transparent with information and patiently supports our requests. Based on our past experience, we had Cindy sell our rental property and represent us moving into a commercial property. Cindy is the ultimate real estate professional. We may buy/sell every 5 years, it is clear she does this everyday. There are other avenues to sell or buy in and considered a sell-by-owner method, but I know that I could hand this off to Cindy who would run the entire project and maximize my sale profit. She did an excellent job and thrilled with her leadership and support!

Seller reviewI interviewed 4 real estate agents and selected Cindy. By far, she knew the local market better than any of the other 3 agents. I also believe that we ended up selling for a better price as a result. Cindy was relentless with her marketing efforts. I actually live about 2 hours away from the property and Cindy kept me updated multiple times a week with activity, showings, and open houses. I was most impressed with the data available showing the number of "site visits" our listing was getting online. Cindy made recommendations during the process to alter our online presence and inserted new pictures to keep the listing fresh. I didn't see any other competitor listing doing that while we were listed.
