Seller reviewI am a REALTOR in Va and have been for 30+years. I researched agents in OBX and Cindy Edwards reputation and work ethics were superior. I only interviewed one other agent, but knew prior to hiring her that she was the one. Cindy did not disappoint...she is informative, honest, patient and did exactly what she said she would do to get our home sold. We had an offer in 2 days. She was in contact through the entire process keeping us informed every step of the way. Real Estate transactions are very different in NC compared to VA, so I leaned heavily on her for advice. Buyer reviewI relied on the recommendation of a trusted friend who has used Cindy Edwards on other realty dealings. After speaking with Cindy, I discovered she would be a good fit for my needs as she listened to my wants and her knowledge of real estate and the area. Cindy took a "hands-on" approach with effectively dealing with the seller and my mortgage company to get the best price and interest rate to finalize the completion of my purchase. Cindy made me feel as though I was in a partnership with a good friend who had my best interest at heart. I was an out of state purchaser and relied heavily on her knowledge of the market. She sent additional photos of the property, and she even made a video of a detailed walk through and provided essential information on the condition of the property. At this particular time, the market was extremely difficult for buyers. The inventory was very low at my price point and Cindy worked diligently to make this real estate venture successful.
