Seller reviewCindy's superpower is communication. I was fully informed throughout the entire process of selling my house. She made wonderful suggestions on things I could do to improve my chances on selling. She was consistently patient and never rushed me although I asked a lot of questions. She was available at all times of the day and even spoke to me at length late one evening when I needed questions answered. She went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

At the very start, she provided crucial feedback regarding tips to improve curb appeal and relatively simple tasks that would help increase the resale value (which made a huge impact!). She took her time to explain the whole process and made sure we understood our options and the details in the contracts/offer/negotiations/etc. I've since moved out of the area, but I'd recommend her for anyone looking for a trustworthy and proactive realtor in the futre.
