Cindy living not far from us lent to her personal knowledge of the area and was able to keep a close tab on how our home-selling prospects would be. We met in person and the communication between us and Cindy was easy. She explained every detail to us and her marketing of our home was amazing. The photographer she used was right on point in order to capture the buyer's eye. She created a brochure from the photographs to hand out to prospective buyers and added some of the additional information we relayed to her about our home that would be of interest to the buyer in their decision-making process that we could bet other realtors would not provide. Cindy was so easy to reach at any time. She made us feel like we were her only client. She answered texts and phone calls immediately and was always taking the time to talk us off any ledge that we came across where we felt there was angst. There are so many details in the selling of a home that can give you heartburn but we have to say that Cindy never wavered. She never gave us the feeling that we were too much to handle. She was our ROCK and we can't thank her enough for selling our home to just the right buyer. We are beyond grateful.
