Seller reviewClaire was very confident in her handling of the sale. I think she treated me like she would want her own Mother treated. I would have crazy questions and she never once seemed condescending. I always felt comfortable with her. She went out of her way to make sure my needs and wants were met. She offered to help me pack and even offered to help me trash things that I didn't need. She lowered her commission, so I could have more money in my pocket. She knew I was not physically able to do a lot and was always there for me. On the closing day, I got lost and she got in her car and came to where I was and led me to the right place Claire Williams is a friend, that I only met in Nov of 2022. Probate was preventing me from moving on, but she hung in there and made a trying process more comfortable. Her encouragemet was so helpful to me. I would get down and she would say you just do what you can do and don't worry about how things look. She was always concerned for my peace and comfort. Thanks, Claire
