Was originally concerned that Clarence might be spread to thin, having so many listings. But, that was not the case. Always felt he was there if we needed him. He has so much experience. Clarence sold our home back in 2004. Every year at Christmas he sent us a card. He did such a great job for us back in 2004 that we chose him to sell my folks home after they passed! Clarence came highly recommended by my daughter who had previously purchased her family's home with Clarence's help. We were on a tight timeline and lived out of the area.
