Cliff was born and raised in the western end of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. He attended college at Northern Michigan University and received a Bachelor's Degree in Science of Nursing in December 2007. Shortly thereafter, Cliff moved to Land O' Lakes, WI and began work as a Bartender / Manager at Black Oak Inn and Brew's Pub. Working at these well-known establishments for over 20 years has allowed him to build strong relationships in the area and given him excellent exposure to new buyers and sellers throughout the Midwest. His goal is to make the selling and buying process enjoyable and stress-free for all of his clients. Seller reviewWe were very happy with Cliff Kolinsky as are agent to sell our home. As out of town sellers, his knowledge of the area and the market in Northern Wisconsine was extremely important. He set realistic expectations for selling the property in regards to price and length of time to sell the property. He marketed the property extensivley through many real estate sites, updated listing with video for a more detailed look and provided very feedback on a regullar bases. Cliff Kolinsky went beyond normal realtor duties and hangle tasks that a local owner would normally do themselves. We highly recommend Cliff Kolinski to anyone buying or selling.
