This is probably the smoothest real estate transaction I have ever had.

Mr. Roby is truly a professional who knows every Angle of his trade to make this happen.

One other thing, Clyde Elmer Roby is 72 yrs. old, tell him he needs to retire before he's too old to enjoy it !!

Like my other coment, he was flawless, couldn't believe how quick the house sold.
