He explained the process of how things worked were I could understand it. He shared his honest opinion, letting me know when he thought it was a good idea or a bad idea. I really came to appreciate his insight and advice grew to trust him. You can't go wrong with Cody, he's a genuine good person and very knowledgeable in his field.

From inspection, roof estimates, utility "how to" and landscaping recommendations, Cody's assistance in all aspects of our purchase (we are moving from Las Vegas), was superb. We spoke to some other realtors and felt like we were being brushed aside (probably because we couldn't buy right away since we were waiting for our previous home to sell). After talking with him over the phone before our first showing, we didn't feel brushed aside whatsoever. He took the time to learn our situation and what we were looking for in our new home. He is truly an awesome realtor and person. He had the answers to all of our million questions and if he didn't then he made sure to find them. He was very responsive to all my calls and texts and that really made us feel like a priority to him. He really went above and beyond our expectations!
