However, as soon as I met Coleen, I knew she was the one. It was a bonus that Coleen lived nearby and knows the city so well. Coleen did a fabulous job marketing my home, including referencing the Country Club complimentary social membership available to new residents (which I wasn't even aware of). Coleen was always one step ahead of me, and she went above and beyond what one could expect from any realtor. Because I had moved out of town shortly after finally listing my home, Coleen made several trips over to the house to care for things that I was unable to attend to, including watering my plants. Coleen was always pleasant and patient with me, no matter what time of day I called or emailed her. I would most definitely recommend Coleen Garner to anyone needing a realtor, whether selling or buying.
