I have recently retired from my career in the beverage wholesale business and am excited to pursue my new passion, real estate sales. My husband is also a lifelong resident, and we have raised our three children here in beautiful Southern Illinois. She listened to what I wanted in a house and showed me houses that was in my price range and the specifications of the homes I wanted. Colleen was a great help with negotiating the price of my home that I purchased. She helped with giving me recommendations for people to do the home inspection, septic tank inspection and made sure the problems found during the inspections were fixed before my closing date. She kept me informed throughout the whole purchasing process. I would use her again as my agent.
