Colleen set the bar for working with a Real Estate professional in Texas. She continuously accommodated our scheduling needs as we were out-of-state buyers, went to bat for us when negotiating, and understood what we wanted/needed and even what we didn't know we wanted/needed. Anything that went awry with our home-buying experience was not in any way her fault or doing, and she even helped us navigate through any downtimes in the process (our lender proved insanely difficult to work with).
