Buyer reviewColleen was reffered to by a friend and I am so glad I reached out to her. From the beginning Colleen asked my all right questions about what I wanted and didn't want. I have been renting for a long time so the decision for me to buy was not one I took lightly . Collen made sure I was comfortable through the entire process. Every time I had a question or concern she got me the answer within hours. One hard NO was regarding capes. I told her right away no capes. Turns out I like capes cause thats what I settled on. I only mention this cause she and laugh about this. That is the type of person that she is. I am very excited to start this next chapter in my life and having the help of someone to walk me through this process makes it that much more exciting. Thank you Colleen for working with me.

Buyer reviewWhen I told Colleen were we looking for a larger home in Wethersfield, with specific features, like 5 bedrooms, a yard for my 3 dogs, and an inlaw suite among other things, I was afraid I was asking too much. Instead, she told me not to compromise on what we wanted. She took our vision very seriously, so much so that when she suggested we see the house we ended up buying and I thought it looked weird online, she didn't pressure me, but assured me it had all we were looking for. Reluctlantly, I went to see it and immediately realized she was right! She has a keen attention to detail and was extremely helpful in navigating the solar issue that we were concerned about. Every step of the way she was communicative and professional. Even after we closed on the house, she assisted us in connecting with necessary services we needed for the home. I would happily recommend her and I also look forward to working with her again to sell the home we just moved from. Thank you Colleen!!
