Buyer reviewColleen has alway been a big help to my wife and I when we are looking to purchase property in the area. Because we do not live in the area Colleen has been our eyes on the ground to find the type of property we were interested in and and has alway been successful for us. She was very proactive during each process from start to finish. She follows up and provides you straight forward information to make timely decisions (tells it like it is). We have used Colleen over serval years to purchase property so we have gotten to know her from a professional stand point and as a friend. She is someone I would strongly recommend if you are interested in purchasing property in the area.

Seller reviewColleen is experienced, friendly, and a terrific negotiator. She helped the buyer to move the closing process along, and helped me as a seller to set price, separate the dock sale, and make adjustments at every stage. She has knowledge of the sorts of details (cleaning filters, little changes to spruce things like removing certain shades and resetting furniture) that make buyers comfortable. She also made accommodations for my travel plans, and found a better price for me on preparation of my closing documents. She is someone you can truly trust in a sea of slick operators in Florida. In short, she is the BEST!

Seller reviewCollen is an asset to Century 21. From the time i met with her i knew she was very knowledgeable and a master in her skills. She assured me she will get my property sold and she did. She was dedicated from the start. She took the time to understand all the many challenges that came along with selling my home and skillfully figured out and explored various options that would make this sale a possibility. It was tough. Colleen exercised a tremendous amount of patience. I'm going to be very honest, although selling my property wasn't easy, she stuck by me throughout this tough process and i will always admire her for her hard work amd dedication to accomplishing the goal set. Thanks for allowing me to work with such a wonderful woman and asset to your company. Please treat her well. I will always reccomend her to anyone who needs their property to be sold.
