Seller reviewWe have contracted with Connie many times over the past 12 years for buying, selling and renting homes in Georgetown, Leander and Liberty Hill. As with our previous experiences with her, Connie was extremely knowledgeable about the current market and managed our expectations regarding price and probable time of sale. She prepared the property beautifully for showing including a soft staging and outdoor sprucing up. Upon receiving an offer Connie negotiated tirelessly with the buyer, often guiding their realtor through the various steps. We are once again so grateful to Connie for her expertise and friendship during the whole transaction.
