Buyer reviewPurchasing a home in a strong seller's market is not easy. Connie worked diligently and patiently with us until we had a successful purchase. When we found "the one", she knew just how to frame the transaction to make it a winning offer. She expedited the process, answered a jillion questions, and was present for every aspect of the purchase. Connie was more than an excellent realtor to us; she became our friend as well.

Seller reviewConnie Herron sold the house next door. Informative. Gave us information on gutters and how to drain water from backyard that we knew nothing about. Connie did staging in the rent house. Never thought we'd get that price when she first stated the figures to us. Schrubs and flowers added a lot. It was her idea to get faux wood blinds. So many ideas. Connie Herron was very knowledgeable, professional.and inquisitive. We were thrilled to sell the house in less than a week. Due to the buyer, it seemed a long time to close. Connie told us it would, and we would have to be patient. Connie Herror even gave our painter and carpenter ideas and he listened. Great experience.
