He was also willing to make a trek to check out homes and wasn't hard selling anything to just make a sale. He was personable, really listening and working collaboratively to understand our goals, vision and helping to make the dream happen. When it came time to bid, which is a very emotional process, he was very helpful in providing guidance.
As a salesperson as well, sales is an art and it was greatly appreciated from one sales person to another, to see and feel the authenticity behind Costa's desire to help.
