Craig J. Celli has been one of the most successful agents in Stoneham Real History. Being a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts for over 30 years, he has also been a licensed Massachusetts attorney for 25 of those years. One of the things Craig values most about being a small business owner in Stoneham is the ability to give back to the community he grew up in and in turn raised his own family here. In addition to sponsoring many organizations in town, Craig also coaches his sons in Stoneham Youth Basketball, Baseball, and Soccer teams, has been elected to the Stoneham Board of Assessors for 8 consecutive terms, and is also a member of the Stoneham Chamber of Commerce, Stoneham Rotary Club and the local Education Foundation. Craig believes that each customer deserves the same quality of service. As a team, our office is committed to meeting the needs of every individual we work with. Seller reviewI have been in the home building business for years and dealt with hundreds of brokers. Craig is in the top 1%. As we were out of town sellers we relied on Craig for everything. He coordinated repairs, painting, cleaning and all aspects of arranging for closing including recommendations for attorney. His communication was outstanding and timeliness in returning calls and gathering information was exceptional. We had a few issues involving the title and sideline encroachment issues which Craig helped guide us through. Very few brokers could have done what he did for us. Craig is a total professional and my experience was nothing but spectacular. In the end we got a quick sale at a very solid price and a timely closing. Could not be more pleased.

Seller reviewCraig Celli handled everything well. At our first meeting with him, we were immediately impressed with his knowledge and personal involvement in Stoneham. That was a big factor in deciding to choose him to sell our home. He listened to our needs at every point throughout the process and effectively worked to carry out our wishes. He was readily available to respond to our questions along the way and always made us feel like a priority. Although it was a difficult event for us as we were selling the "family" home, Craig made it somewhat easier with his compassion and expertise. Other than Craig, we only dealt with the photographers for Craig but we were impressed with their skills and appreciated their positive comments about the house. Thank you Craig!!
