Raised in Portage, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and a current resident of the scenic Lodi / Lake Wisconsin area I know South Central Wisconsin. I truly love the lifestyle we have here. All of the seasons have something truly special to offer in our great outdoors. I enjoy the process of helping others buy or sell real estate. Buyer reviewI was in an unusual real estate situation where I was purchasing a condo in Portage from my sister, and we were looking for an agent who could handle the entire deal and represent both of us. After doing an internet search of "Portage W, real estate agents", I talked to Craig Schreiber of CENTURY 21. (His web site was very informative and stood out from the rest). By the time the phone call was over, I knew I'd found the right agent on the first try and did not need to look any further. Craig ably guided of us through the selling\buying process, being fair to both parties as was our intention. Craig was very professional about his job, but at the same time friendly and easy to work with. I was so thoroughly pleased and impressed with my "buying" experience with Craig, that I am going to use him as my agent for selling my condo in Madison.

He was always great at communicating information and also being the voice of reason when we were on the fence about some major decisions. Craig was always available to talk things through with us, make sure that we were making the right decision and always had our best interest in mind.It is very hard to find someone as trustworthy as Craig -as some would just want to sell our home as quickly as possible to make a commission. Craig did not rush us and always made sure that we were doing the right thing for us and our family. Craig Schreiber not only had a great reputation and has worked with a couple of our friends and relatives - but we knew that he would do everything in his power to work with us to get our property sold in the timeline we wanted.
