As a member of the Century 21 Affiliated team, I am here to put my 28+ years of full time real estate experience to work for you. Raised in Portage, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and a current resident of the scenic Lodi / Lake Wisconsin area I know South Central Wisconsin. I truly love the lifestyle we have here. All of the seasons have something truly special to offer in our great outdoors. I enjoy the process of helping others buy or sell real estate. Seller reviewOur home in Portage was where our handicapped daughter raised our two granddaughters over the prior twenty years. The idea of preparing the house for sale produced a lot of stress. We didn't know what we should or should not do to make the home saleable. We had no idea on how to price the home. Then, we met Craig Schreiber of Century 21 Affiliated. In a very short time, he addressed all of our concerns, explained the entire process to us, and had us feeling entirely at ease. As things progressed, he kept us informed of each step we had to take, and what steps the potential buyers were expected to take. Craig did us numerous personal favors, since we lived 35 miles away, and could not always travel on a timely basis to sign papers or even clear snow. We had an accepted offer within just a few days of talking with him, and for more than what we were asking for the home. In summary, Craig basically treated us like family through the entire sales experience. We put our entire trust in him, and he did not let us down.
