Raised in Portage, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and a current resident of the scenic Lodi / Lake Wisconsin area I know South Central Wisconsin. I truly love the lifestyle we have here. All of the seasons have something truly special to offer in our great outdoors. I enjoy the process of helping others buy or sell real estate. Through all three processes, I was able to see just how impressive Craig was at his job, from his attention to detail with making sure our home was ready to be sold before it was listed, to his consistent communication throughout the entire process. Craig made us feel like he was working with us because he enjoys it and he genuinely wanted us to find what we were looking for, rather than being artifical like some salesmen can be. This time around, Craig really took the time to understand how very personal the sale of this home was to me as it was my childhood home and in our family for well over 50 years. He was absolutely sensitive to our needs and emotions with this. The house sold, literally, in 3 days with many offers. He worked tirelessly with us to get the right fit and it worked beautifully! Seller reviewCraig Schreiber is very professional, knowledgeable, honest & hard working. Craig communicated with us at every opportunity. We had a difficult property to market in that it was my mother's house, in the family over 100 years with difficult problems which needed to be addressed. Craig researched other houses and sales which likely had similar problems. Before signing a contract, Craig went to work & communicated the difficulties with setting an asking price and completing an open honest Real Estate Condition Report. Next, we informed Craig that we had an interested acquaintance asking to view the property before we signed a contract in order to find a property to "flip". Craig encouraged us to pursue our options. Then Craig made a plan addressing our needs, hustled us into action to prepare for showings; advertised & notified other agencies & had many appointments the first week. We sold to a well suited buyer for more than the asking price the first week it was listed!
