Our house sold the second day it was listed. Crystal told us it would sell fast, and it did!July 2020
This transaction involved Crystal as our selling agent. (We had also used her as our purchasing agent.) She is always able to think ahead and explain every detail of the transaction. Our property had multiple offers. She explained each offer to help us select the one that was best for us.
Crystal made the purchase transaction, and then the sale transaction stress free.

Crystal was all around great. From the beginning I explained I didn't want to rush into a decision, what I was looking for, and the realistic time frame I wanted. She was always up front on things and very knowledgeable when it came to questions on each listing, and if she didn't know she found out. She was always willing to go show anything I asked, even if it was multiple times. She went over all contract paper work until I understood what I was filling out and was comfortable signing. She kept me informed through out the contract signing, when we were waiting on from the seller, and always had a positive spin when issues arises. Crystal was with me every step of the way, and buying a house alone she made it easy, and less stressful. July 2020
Crystal was always in constant contact with me regarding new listings, current listing we viewed. Kept me informed every step of the way, throughout viewing to contract signing till the closing. Crystal did a great job helping me navigate the purchase of my first home. I work in the mortgage business but this was still stressful in that the property was a foreclosure and we had to use an unknown and very difficult title company. Because of that company the closing took longer to complete than normal. Crystal maintained contact with me throughout even as she was as unable to get updates from the uncooperative title agency. She also did everything in her power to move the world process along.
