Seller reviewCuong was a pleasure working with that is friendly, patient, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time preparing everything that needed to be done in a timely manner and had wonderful customer service communication with all parties involved, making the whole process a breeze for us. From real estate photography, photo editing, listing of the home, open house, and accepting an offer, it was all done within a week! We were definitely happy with our experience. I highly recommend Cuong for any of your real estate needs, as I'm sure you will be in good hands!

It was important to have an agent who knew the Portland market and could work with both my daughter, a first time homebuyer in Portland, and me, living in South Carolina. I needed someone we could trust and Cuong was perfect. He was great throughout the process, which involved a purchase that was canceled, and the final purchase of the perfect property. He was patient and worked with us through the entire homebuying experience and we couldn't have been more pleased. Cuong was terrific - we will use him in the future!

Due to the recommendation of our agent, Cuong, from family and friends, we felt confident that he would represent us well, as well as being able to find what is best suited for us. Patience is a virtue, and Cuong has a never-ending well of it! He took the time to look at many different properties on paper first to give us a heads up on what we may like/may not like about the properties. He was always responsive and communicative. Cuong had done such an amazing job with helping us find a home, that we will be having him assist with selling a property of ours as well. He stepped in and reached out to escrow and the mortgage group when needed.
