Did have a hiccup with the Engineering company but by paying a large down payment and a land contract we did finally get to close on it. (Do not use Lapham Engineering...very unprofessional in my opinion). Kurt is very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend him again.

His greatest value was in his straightforward advice, knowledge of the local market, and willingness to lend his help to whatever was needed to get the property shown and sold. Being two hours away, I couldn't get to the property easily when issues arose, like a broken lock. Curt understood and was right there to get the issues handled.
