Cyndi went far and beyond the call of duty. She explained the in's and out's of the purchase of our land. She was knowledgeable about the land and knew about restrictions set forth from the developer and explained what they meant in simple terms. We liked her so much we had her become our realtor to sell our house even though we have a relative that is a realtor. She did an excellent job. If we had questions she would most of the time respond within the hour but many times within 10-15 minutes. She wasn't in a hurry to get off the phone with you and she made herself available seven days a week. She even did some extra things that I needed for our contractor to build our new house. When selling our house she came down and looked at it and gave us pointers on what she believed would help sell the house. We did what she asked because she is the professional and knows trends and what is "in". I don't know if she does this to all her clients but she had a professional photographer for the house we were selling. It sold with in 24 hours the pictures looked so good. After all this buying of the land and selling a house. We are going to miss talking to her on a regular basis. We not only can say she is our realtor but also our friend.
