My passion is all things real estate…it's what I do and what I love!
As a licensed Realtor with Century 21 Frank Frye Real Estate in Newark, Ohio, I have over two decades of experience in Real Estate, Facilities, and Property Management. One of my most memorable jobs was working 16 years for The Longaberger Company where I managed a portfolio of more than 80 diverse properties throughout the State of Ohio. I have extensive experience with farms (equestrian and cattle), large land tracts, and residential and commercial properties.
I graduated from Mt. Vernon Nazarene University, studied architectural design at Central Ohio Technical College, and am a graduate of the Licking County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. I proudly serve on the Licking County Board of Realtors as well as represent Licking County as a Columbus MLS Committee member.
I am a lifelong resident of Licking County, attending Granville schools from kindergarten through graduation. I reside in Newark with my husband, Gerard, with whom we share three children and six grandchildren. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time on our 140-acre farm, traveling with my family, and traveling with my daughter who competes in barrel racing across the United States.

Buyer reviewCyndi went far and beyond the call of duty. She explained the in's and out's of the purchase of our land. She was knowledgeable about the land and knew about restrictions set forth from the developer and explained what they meant in simple terms. We liked her so much we had her become our realtor to sell our house even though we have a relative that is a realtor. She did an excellent job. If we had questions she would most of the time respond within the hour but many times within 10-15 minutes. She wasn't in a hurry to get off the phone with you and she made herself available seven days a week. She even did some extra things that I needed for our contractor to build our new house. When selling our house she came down and looked at it and gave us pointers on what she believed would help sell the house. We did what she asked because she is the professional and knows trends and what is "in". I don't know if she does this to all her clients but she had a professional photographer for the house we were selling. It sold with in 24 hours the pictures looked so good. After all this buying of the land and selling a house. We are going to miss talking to her on a regular basis. We not only can say she is our realtor but also our friend.
