Cynthia Bell was an outstanding agent. She made sure we were understanding the process as first time homebuyers. Also she was exceptional to work with through the hurdles of my husband being deployed at the time of house hunting and the buying process. She really knew how our VA loan worked and explained things every step of the way. We needed to sell our home quickly as our new residence was sitting vacant awaiting our arrival. Cynthia understood our rush and as soon as the listing was signed she hit the ground running with marketing and an Open House. As a home seller you have 3 major concerns (1) How much is my home worth? (2) How much is it going to cost me to sell and what will my net proceeds be? (3) What's your marketing plan to sell my home? Cynthia showed us comparable sales in our neighborhood. Provided us a net sheet showing all costs associated with the sale and what our net proceeds would be at the close. As well as describing a strong online media marketing plan.

I was a little stressed when we received a contingent offer within the first week ( just before Christmas) started moving and it fell out of escrow a week later (as we were leaving for a out of town family holiday). We had half of our home in one house and half in this house. She contacted agents and buyers who had visited or shown the house letting them know is was still available and we had another offer in no time at all

Buying or Selling a home is like walking on thin ice, something could go wrong at anytime. Cynthia's great communication skills, negotiation skills along with her tactfulness got the job done. The agent on the other side of the transaction was a New Agent and had a "them against us" mentality but Cynthia redirected her with " you have a buyer who wants to buy and I have a seller who wants to sell, let's see what we can do to make everyone happy."

Cynthia did a great job for us.

She was extremely knowledgeable and even assisted us in understanding aspects of the Real Estate transaction that were important to our success in selling our home.

She battled for us in our negotiation with the buyer. She was instrumental in navigating a difficult waiting period while our buyers home was stuck in a loan approval process that took 3 weeks. She was patient, professional, and answered all our questions as well as initiating communication on a daily basis to keep us updated.

I wanted to take this time to express my thanks and gratitude for the work and efforts Cynthia Bell put forth with my recent home purchase at 4028 Oakcrest Drive. She was very professional, dedicated and committed to helping me find a home and walk me through the process.

A couple of things that I would like to point out. First and foremost was communication. For me, communication has always been the key to success in all areas of my life. Cynthia was more than responsive during the course of this transaction. Whether it was an email, a text message or a voicemail left for her, she would respond right away. If she didn't have the answer, she would respond to me right away that she would look into whatever it was and get back to me. I most definitely felt that we were on the same team.

Lastly, the documents and signing them. In the beginning, I asked why we were not doing this electronically. She stated that it was important for her to meet and sit down with me so that she could explain the documents as I signed them. At first, it didn't make sense. However, after it was all said and done, I'm glad that she did it this way. This most definitely helped me to further understand the process and what each document was that I was signing.

With that said, please make note that you have an "A" player on your staff and that I would recommend her to anybody looking for a house.
