As a Director of a federal grant program for the University of South Carolina - Spartanburg she learned the importance of accountability and her management skills (oversaw 4 grant programs and their staff in Spartanburg, Richland, Cherokee and Union counties). Seller reviewCindi Knox was beyond excellent in every aspect of the sale of our home. Before we put our house on the market, Cindi came to our home and guided us on updates that would be beneficial to the sale of our home. She also provided us with a list of reputable contractors she had used before that we could choose from to make the updates. We were very pleased with the contractors she recommended. After the sale, we were moving to the lower part of the state. Cindi referred us to a Century 21 realty in Myrtle Beach. They assigned a realtor to help us relocate. However, Cindi's customer service did not end with the sale of our home. She also stepped in and helped us close the sale on our new home in the lower part of the state. With her help, we were able to close the sale and purchase on the same day. This would not have been possible without her assistance. Cindi had no obligation to help us with the close of our new home purchase. But that is her character and an example of her customer relations.
