Seller reviewCynthia was the logical realtor agent to handle the sale of the condo as she already had managed it as a rental unit. Cynthia communicated well with the renter explaining the process and special rent amount during the sale process and post sale collecting delinquent rent. Cynthia kept me informed on status but I had to request at times. Cynthia is very knowledgeable on the market rates and past sales trend. The sale would not have been so quick and smooth without Cynthia's coordination efforts. I would ask her to represent me for any future sales and have no reservations to recommend her to others.
