I have lived in Southern Illinois most of my life and for a short period of time in South Florida. I graduated from Marion High School in Illinois, and from SIUC College of Business. I took an interest in business at a young age watching my family own and operate a business. I was almost done with business school before taking a serious interest in real estate. Long story short, my mind always came back to real estate, so I began a career in it with no plans of looking back! Outside of real estate I enjoy weight training and living an active lifestyle, personal development, seeing new places, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family. Seller reviewI posted on the HOA website looking to see if there was anyone interested in buying my building lot at the Peninsula subdivision. Dalton messaged me within the hour and offered to list the property. I called him and he was very knowledgeable about the area and what lots were selling for. He offered to go walk the property and so that he could give me a better idea of what I should list it for. After he walked the lot, he called and we agreed on a price and I agreed to sign the listing agreement. In a very short time, the listing was up including pictures. An offer was received within a week. Dalton was very helpful in meeting the potential buyers and walking the lot with them and their builder as they wanted to make sure their building plan would fit the lot. I really appreciate everything he did to make this sale happen.
