Buyer reviewThis was our first time selling a home while purchasing a home under contingency. We interviewed several agents and Dana was the best match. We did our homework and her listing experience far exceeded our expectations. I do recommend anyone in this situation to have someone with experience on their side as this made the stress of the process much less for me. Dana was never negative as we kept her busy looking at as many as 39 houses until we found the right home for us. I observed Dana being greeted by neighbors, other agents, and even hugged by people in passing. Special thank you for her knowledge on home repairs from basements to rooflines. Dana has great listing, lender & repair knowledge as well as communication skills. Most of all we enjoyed her positive upbeat, natural momentum!

Seller reviewWe could not have picked a better agent to help us relocate and buy a new home. Dana is upbeat and an energetic go getter. We scheduled many house showings and she was patient and waited for us find the perfect new house. While unsure during the selling process, she held our hands and encouraged us every step of the way! Dana kept us well informed and never hesitated to answer any questions. She never stopped working for us and even called us while on a holiday weekend getaway with her husband. Ashley helped us buy our first home after a very traumatizing experience a couple months prior with a different company. Because of that, our standards were high, and Ashley definitely exceeded our expectations. We really appreciated the open communication, and her willingness to show a house at 8:00pm and then write an offer at 11:00pm. She was organized and was always able to keep track of things when it got to the point it was hard for us to keep track of it all. She was always a text or call away and we felt good knowing that she was always going to fight for us and what we wanted. You need someone that is going to be dedicated to your wants and needs as a homebuyer (or seller) and she was definitely that for us. Could not recommend her more!

She has been selling homes for many years and understands the locale and current housing market very well. Dana took the time to understand what we were looking for and listened to our personal needs as well as validating that throughout the purchasing process. If she was briefly unavailable she made sure we were cared for by highly qualified individuals that are part of her team. She is a 'go-getter', energetic, an available advocate for us and very professional even during stressful or tense situations that came up. We feel very fortunate that Dana was available to us and we can't say enough positive things about Dana. We HIGHLY recommend her for your purchasing or selling real estate needs!
