Daniel was recommended by a co worker Daniel was very respectful of time and work schedule accommodations. Daniel use different forms of communication to keep me posted of any updates. Moreover, Daniel was very respectful of my partners participation as a decision maker even though he was not on the loan. Daniel is very professional with clients and other agents. When entering a prospective property he will be very approachable with the owners and represented us very well. I was very impressed with his performance that Daniel will be referred to my friends and family.

I am happy with the service that Jenny and Daniel provide me they help me with everything they explain everything in details when I didn't understand something and they were not there I will call them and they were always there to answer my questions . The best thing was that they didn't make me feel like a customer they made me feel like a family member were willing to help me to get my dream home . This is my first home purchase. I can tell Jennie and Daniel Avendano were experts and knowledgeable at what they do by how easily they were able to walk me through EVERY step of the process. They had an extremely fast response to any questions, doubts and overall concerns. Jennie and Daniel went the extra mile keeping constant communication with everyone via email, phone, or text to ensure we were moving forward with our file. All while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. They even went as far as taking my file with them on their EUROPEAN vacation! I can honestly say Jennie and Daniel are the reason we were able to close on our home it's not easy to manage 5 loans. We are extremely grateful for their wisdom, experience, and integrity.
